непоставки товара в сроки,
установленные в Контракте, Продавец
должен выплатить пеню в размере {X%}
стоимости задержанного товара за
каждый день задержки. |
In case of
a nondelivery of the goods in respect of time of delivery fixed in
the Contract, the Sellers shall pay to the Buyers a fine of {X%}
of the value of the goods in delay for each day of the delay. |

Если задержка превысит {XX дней},
взимание пени прекращается, и
дополнительно к сумме пени Продавец
должен заплатить Покупателю штраф в
размере {Z%} от стоимости
задержанного товара. Выплата пени
не освобождает Продавца от
обязательства поставить
задержанный товар.

If the delay exceeds {XX days}, the charging of the fine is
stopped and additionally to the sum of the fine the Sellers shall
pay the Buyers a penalty of {Z%} of the value of the goods in
delay. The payment of the fine does not release the Sellers from
the obligation to deliver the goods in delay.

Если задержка в поставке вызвана
задержкой в прибытии судна, тогда
санкции против Продавца применены
не будут. |
If the delay in shipment is caused because of delays in the
vessel’s arrival dates then there will be no sanctions against
the Sellers. |
